Aim to be the best you can be, not to be better than someone else.
Getting No’s from prospects does not mean you’re failing. They mean you’re trying which is more than what most are doing. They mean you’ll eventually hear the one Yes you need.
Your toughest competition should be yourself. Aim to always beat yourself, never settle.
Your competition is not your enemy. In fact, it is the best thing that could happen to you, it is that force that pushes you to do better.
People focus on that step you take as you cross the finish line victorious. To be a champion, to be truly successful you need to focus on every step you take before the last.
If you can see yourself failing in the pursuit of your dream, then you don’t want it bad enough.
People will always have opinions of you. But you are the tiebreaker, you get to decide who you truly are.
At every single moment of our life, we’re the best version of ourselves, no matter how mediocre we think that version is.
Know where you’re going but don’t dwell on it too much. Instead, make every one of your steps toward that goal the very best it can be.
Glory is not found in success. It’s about sacrifice, it’s about giving your all in the pursuit of success.
